Know Before You Go

What to pack

We will be primarily working out of the Colorado Convention Center, but please check the Denver forecast and be prepared for both inside and outside temps during your visit. Attire for this meeting is Business Casual and temperatures in Denver typically hover between 50-80 degrees in early June. We tend to live up to our “300 Days of Sunshine” reputation but be sure to pack and dress in layers: 30-degree temperature swings are typical all year round, and when that sun goes down, it gets chilly quickly! Bring your stretchy pants for meals- We’ll stop at nothing to fill you up and fuel your brains for productive conversations!

Remember to drink water, carry lotion and eye drops, and drink more water when you visit Denver.

Transportation is hosted by VISIT DENVER via Hermes Worldwide, 303-577-7600 and confirmations are distributed from reservations@hermesworldwide.com. Please follow the signs to your designated airline baggage claim for pick-up. Once you have collected your luggage, exit Door 506 or 511, as indicated in the Pickup Address and Directions provided on your confirmation sheet. Your cell phone number has been provided to Hermes Worldwide, and your driver will contact you once your plane has landed to expedite your pickup. Gratuity has been included.
