Denver offers numerous services for travelers with disabilities to make their visit more pleasant, beginning with their arrival at the Denver International Airport (DEN).

DEN Shuttle buses with wheelchair lifts operate between the outlying car parks and the terminal. Disabled spaces are available in all parking garages and car parks close to the airport.

Other facilities include accessible toilets and TTY telephones for people with hearing impairments. Wheelchair transportation information can be found on the airport's website.

Additionally, Denver's flat downtown is easy to navigate for visitors with disabilities, and the city's Commission for People with Disabilities (DCPD) is charged with conducting curb ramp reviews of all City and County of Denver-owned properties, as well as non-owned properties supported or funded by the City and County of Denver.

At the Denver Center for Performing Arts, The Ellie Caulkins Opera House, the Buell Theatre and Boettcher Concert Hall make every effort to offer a wonderful experience for patrons with disabilities. There are ADA seating locations in all three venues (patrons should request ADA seating when booking their seats with the ticketing agency), as well as wheelchairs available at each venue, accessible restrooms, drinking fountains and TDD telephones in each theater. Assistive listening devices are also available upon request.
